What data we collect

When you send an enquiry through the form we process the details you provide.

• Name and company
• Email address and phone number
• Type of work, budget and your description

Why we process the data

We use the data to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and, if we start working together, to fulfil the agreement. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are deleted after 12 months. Data required for bookkeeping is kept as long as the law requires.

Who can access it

We never sell your data. We use providers for hosting and email who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.

Cookies

Today the site only uses necessary storage in your browser: your colour mode and your cookie choice. We use no cookies for statistics or marketing. If we add them we will ask first, and you can change your choice through Cookie settings at the bottom of the page.

Your rights
